Terms & Conditions for Services

1. Please make all NEFT/RTGS & Cheque payable in account of "Matrix System Solution Technology".
2. Total payment due in next 7 days from date of service. Interest of 2.5% per month will be applicable in case of delay in payments after 15 days from Invoice date.
3. We are not eligible to make changes in 3rd party software until we get developers license from provider.
4. All extra charges will be chargeable to customer for software upgrade, new purchase, features activations.
5. Only designs and scripts related services would be given after implementation, add new pages / features and changes in developed modules will be charged separately.
6. Once development and designing charges were decided then no deduction would be given.
7. Tax is included in total payable amount with overseas services and calculations are based on today conversation rates, difference amount should be payable in case of delay of payments.
8. 10-20% will be increase every year in AMC according require work.
